Who is responsible for your data

The controller of the personal data described in this policy is MLJ, SASU, the company that publishes TableCadence and operates tablecadence.com. Full company and registration details are on the legal notice page. The publication director is Jimenez Julien, who also answers privacy requests personally at jimenezjulien42@gmail.com. This policy covers the public marketing website only. Data that a subscribing practice enters into the TableCadence application, including client records and clinical notes, is handled under the data processing terms of the subscription agreement, where the practice is the controller and MLJ, SASU acts as the processor.

What the contact form collects

The demo request form on the home page collects exactly the following fields, and nothing else: name (your full name), email (your work email address), company (your practice name), role (your job title in the practice, chosen from a list), request (whether you want a demo, early access or a quote), size (the number of tables in your practice, chosen from a list), message (your free text answer about how you track rebooks and lapsed clients today), and consent (a checkbox recording that you agreed to be contacted). Two hidden fields are also submitted: subject, which labels the enquiry, and recipient, which routes the message. A honeypot field named bot-field is present to catch automated submissions and is expected to remain empty.

We do not ask for a phone number, a mailing address, a payment card, a date of birth or any information about your clients. Please do not include client names, health details or clinical information in the message field. If you send information of that kind by accident, write to us and we will delete it.

Why we process it, and on what legal basis

Your submission is used for one purpose: to answer your request, schedule the demo you asked for, and follow up about TableCadence for your practice. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the consent box, together with our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry addressed to us. You are never added to a marketing list automatically, we do not sell or rent contact details to anyone, and we do not share your submission with advertising networks, data brokers or affiliate partners.

How long submissions are kept

Form submissions are kept for twenty four months from the date you send them, so that we can find the thread if you come back to the conversation a year later. After that they are deleted from the form store and from our mailbox. If you become a customer, your business contact record is kept for the life of the subscription and for the retention period required by French accounting law afterward. You can ask us to delete an enquiry sooner at any time and we will do it within thirty days.

Who processes the data with us

Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and operates Netlify Forms, which receives, stores and forwards the submissions from the contact form. Netlify is based in the United States and acts as our processor under a data processing agreement with standard contractual clauses. Email replies are handled through our own business mailbox. No other third party receives your form data.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising cookies, no third party analytics cookies and no cross site tracking pixels. There is no Facebook pixel, no advertising remarketing tag and no session recording. The site loads two typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from a Google server and Google receives the request metadata, including your IP address, as part of serving them. Nothing else about your visit is transmitted to a third party. Because we set no non essential cookies, there is no consent banner to click through.

International transfers

MLJ, SASU is established in France, and our hosting and form processing run on infrastructure operated in the United States. Personal data submitted through this site therefore crosses the Atlantic. Those transfers rely on the European Commission standard contractual clauses concluded with our processors, together with technical measures including encryption in transit and at rest. You can ask us for information about these safeguards.

Your rights in the United States

If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah or Virginia, state privacy law gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to correct inaccuracies, and to ask for deletion. California residents also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define the terms, and we do not use your data for targeted advertising or for profiling that produces legal effects. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, and we will verify the request against the details you originally submitted.

Your rights under the GDPR

If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that already took place. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, which in France is the Commission Nationale de l Informatique et des Libertes.

How to exercise your rights

Send your request to jimenezjulien42@gmail.com with enough detail for us to find your record, normally the email address you used on the form. We answer within thirty days, and we will tell you if we need longer for a complex request. There is no charge for a reasonable request. If we cannot verify who you are, we will explain what is missing rather than simply refuse.

Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted with TLS. Form submissions are encrypted in transit and at rest, access to the submission store is limited to the publication director, and accounts protecting that store use multi factor authentication. No system is perfect, and if a breach affecting your data occurs we will notify the people concerned and the relevant authority within the deadlines the law sets.

Children

TableCadence is a business tool for licensed professionals. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has sent us information through this site, write to us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page and, for a material change, we describe what moved. The current version was last updated on September 4, 2026. Older versions are available on request.
